After buying

After a failed inspection at a sale, the buyer must have the defects fixed and the installation re-inspected within a fixed period.

Diagrams

Without a correct single-line and layout diagram, an inspection cannot be completed positively.

Before selling

A check in advance avoids surprises in the report and during negotiations.

FAQ

How long do I have after a failed inspection?

At a sale the buyer gets a limited period, usually 12 or 18 months after the deed depending on the age of the installation, to fix the defects and have it re-inspected. Check your report for the period that applies to you.

Do you carry out the inspection yourselves?

No. Inspections are always done by an approved inspection body. We fix the defects, draw up the diagrams and prepare the installation.

What should I send you?

A photo or PDF of the inspection report and a few photos of your distribution board. That lets us give a first estimate and price quickly.
